| The idea to organize this Festival is the result of the synergy between some important and different LGBTQ realities, which have successfully been promoting different aspects of this culture in Italy. |

Kings of Rome is a group of drag king performers, founded by Ivan il Terribile and Julius Kaiser , promoters of the drag king scene in Italy. By collaborating with artists from different backgrounds, they created new forms of expression. In the Royal Drag Family, they brilliantly played with transvestitism in its full flavors with a memorable duet Le Porompompero. They also collaborated with KarmaB, and participated in the live paintings of Kyrahm and Julius Kaiser. Significant national media, like Panorama, Liberazione, Libero.it, SKY tv, La7, have spoken about Kings of Rome. They have been guests in many important Italian LGBTQ events, both mainstream and underground. |

DGP is a democratic, pacifist, non violent, and non partisan association for social promotion, which actively opposes any form of discrimination against lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual and transgender people, and fights against racist and religious discrimination. DGP fights for human and civil rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transsexual people. |

Gay Village is an annual cultural lgbt event, which brings together national and international artists, well known and important people, theatrical performers, and other talented individuals. As an important meeting place for social promotion and support, Gay Village is a crucial actor in the social life of Rome. Its main objective is to provide a unique place to lgbt community, so that everyone feels free to express their true and inner self.
